Catherine Z. Ach

Cathy Ach is a strategy and organization change consultant with special expertise in strategy formulation, goal alignment, leadership development and executive coaching.  She is recognized for her ability to work visually with clients in mapping out complex business processes and in developing customized solutions that drive growth and sustainable change.  After more than seventeen years with BancBoston, Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Baxter International, Cathy established a coaching and consulting practice in 2000. 

Cathy provides high-impact consulting services to medium and large-size companies across a wide range of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, telecommunications and professional services.  Cathy’s clients over the past ten years have included SBC/Ameritech, Baxter International, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ernst & Young LLC, Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Northwestern University.
