Kathy Rychel

Kathy brings 20 years experience in business management to her work as Executive Coach and President of  PeopleWorks, Inc.  Prior to her career in the professional development industry, Kathy held management roles in sales and marketing with MCI Corporation and Ameritech, and directed business development for several venture-capitalized start-up technology firms.  She has an extensive background in business development, consulting, and general management. Her training in the behavioral sciences and experience as a business leader greatly enhances Kathy's ability to assist organizations with professional development and succession planning. Her specialization is in leadership development, building high performing teams, and emotional intelligence.

For the past fifteen years Kathy has provided executive coaching services to business leaders in the distribution, professional services, technology, consumer products, retail, insurance, advertising, and health care industries.  Some of her clients include W.W. Grainger, Inc., Walgreens Co., Heidrick & Struggles, CNA, Quaker Oats, DRAFTfcb, REXAM Corporation, Sears, and Rust-Oleum Corporation. Kathy also serves as coach to a national network of charter school leaders and has partnered on program design at The KIPP Foundation Educational Leadership Institute held at Stanford University and NYU.  She serves on the Advisory Board to the Charmm’d Foundation.
