Mary Ashton

Mary brings to her organizational clients the skills of a professionally trained coach as well as her perspective as a proven business leader.  Mary’s corporate career includes fifteen years experience in business process consulting including leadership experience at General Electric, MCI Communications and Baxter International.  Over the span of her career Mary held leadership roles in sales, training & development, alliance/JV management, business development, operations, and finance. 

Since 2001, Mary has served as Leadership Instructor and Executive Coach with PeopleWorks, Inc. servicing clients in the Chicago metro area and northern California. As an instructor, Mary delivers experiential professional development programs on topics including leadership, resiliency, goal achievement, and behavior change.  She has participated as a lead instructor for the KIPP Institute at Stanford University and NYU’s Educational Leadership Institutes, and currently manages the training and development efforts for Realty Associates Network.
