Kathryn Jeffers

Kathryn Jeffers, M. A. is a writer and teacher who has spent the past twenty years helping people create better working relationships so that they can be more productive. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication and is a Teaching Fellow at the University of Wisconsin, School of Business, in Executive Education. She is the author of Don’t Kill the Messenger and Finding Solutions to Workplace Problems. She uses an inquiry/coaching style of teaching that allows people to see themselves as others see them. She helps people become accountable for their interactions, and to make changes necessary for improvement.

Kathryn brings practical ideas that work, great stories and real time coaching to thousands of people each year throughout the United States. She has been recognized by Sharing Ideas Magazine as one of the top twenty-five presenters in the United States, and received the “Management Training Program of the Year” by the American Society of Training and Development. The real proof of her effectiveness is in the number of repeat requests for her courses at such clients as IBM, WW Grainger, Inc., IRS, Abbott Laboratories, Lands’ End, Briggs & Stratton, Aurora Health Care, U.S. Forest Service, and Mayo Clinic.
